Roles and Responsibility of the Parent's Participation Agreement for Sacramental Preparation for First Reconciliation and First Communion

At your child's baptism, you made the commitment to be your child's primary educator of our faith. As the primary educator, your essential roles are to teach, encourage, support, pray and affirm your child's involvement throughout the sacramental preparation process.

By checking each of these boxes, you have made the commitment to your child to participate fully in the sacramental preparation process here at Holy Family Catholic Church. If you are unable to follow through with this commitment, a meeting will need to be scheduled with Fr. Phil and the Director of Religious Education, Mindy Lehman.
